This creates their login and organization — nothing shows up publicly, and nobody can sign up on their own.

Account maintenance

One-time backfill that gives every existing account the multi-organization fields (orgIds / orgRoles). Preview first — it reports what it would change without writing anything. Safe to run more than once; already-migrated accounts are skipped.

Member records

Each organization keeps its own list of who belongs to it. Run this once after deploying, and any time member lists look empty — it rebuilds those records from the user accounts. Safe to run more than once.
